University Student living accommodation block in Exeter, after successfully completing Packsaddle and Cricket Fields we were also instructed to install Fire Intumescent Putty Pads to all accessory back boxes within fire rated partition walls and Fire Intumescent Sealant to all surface accessory boxes on these walls.

Hamble Points berth holder washroom facilities, we are currently in the process of the electrical refurbishment element of this building including, Male and Females facilities, using modern LED lighting as the main feature.

A new build development of 98 timber frame homes, consisting of various tenures, works included the street and bollard lighting to the unadopted roads and the full electrical designs and drawings.

Winterton Court
A new build development of 65 plots, comprising of 4 blocks of apartment totalling 59 and 6 houses. The electrical packages included the AOV Fire System, a video/voice door entry systems and a Sky Q IRS Tv system to each block. OEC also supplied and installed the car charging bollards and carried out the electrical designs and drawings.
Whitchurch Silk Mill
Whitchurch Silk Mill
A grade II listed building refurbishment, with a complete rewire all in surface steel trunking and conduits, LED lighting upgrades and new 3 phase distribution boards, the works included the full refit of the shop and restaurant. OECs package included Fire, Security, Data and Lightning Protection. This project required OEC to work closely with the councils Electrical Engineer and the heritage architects to ensure the building history was preserved.

A Large industrial unit with offices, OEC completed the full new installation to the whole building from the incoming power supply. This included a new purpose built MCCP panel board, multiple three phase sub main distribution boards, LED lighting and power to the offices and a 450amp test bay in order for the clients equipment to be tested before being sent out.

A large new build prestige home with pool house, out buildings and pool, OEC completed the full electrical installation on this project including a addressable fire alarm system, Control4 smart lighting, access control to gates. Working with the home owner to bring their dreams to reality.

A large new build executive home, with lighting design being this homes main feature, from a star light cinema room ceiling to the garden lighting. Working with interior designers, lighting designers and the home owners we played a big part in bringing this house from plans to the magnificent family home it is now.
